Since our founding in 1996, Hanxhari Group has successfully delivered a range of high‑quality construction projects across the city of Vlora and beyond.
Residential Developments
From 2003 to 2005, we completed a building with 68 residential units at the former Oil School site in Vlora.
At Skela, in the center of Vlora, we constructed 480 housing units between 2005 and 2011.
Also at Skela, behind Hotel Vlora International, we added 130 more housing units from 2011 to 2014.
The Jonufër Residence, with 72 residential units, was completed between 2011 and 2014.
Hospitality Projects
From 1997 to 2001, we built Hotel Vlora International, featuring 88 rooms. This hotel remains part of the Hanxhari Group and continues to be managed by us.
Starting in 2018 and completing in 2023, we developed the Oricon Coast Luxury Resort. This resort currently offers 148 rooms, and upon full completion will feature over 400 rooms. It is also owned and operated by Hanxhari Group.
These completed developments reflect our commitment to quality and community impact. We continue to expand our reach with ambitious projects both inside and beyond Vlora—and across Albania.
